Dr. Umashankar's Dermavision® trains skin specialists as well as aestheticians in cosmetology and dermatosurgery. Training period is from two weeks to one month.

Cosmetology Training is imparted in chemical peels (Acne, Scars, skin rejuvenation); Q-Switched ND Yag Laser 532/1064 (tattoo removal, moles, nevus of Ota, freckles), IPL (Korea make) for hair removal, acne, vascular tumors, pigmentation and photo trejuvenation, RF Excited CO2 Laser for acne scars, vitiligo surgery, anti ageing, stretch marks and scar revision.

Dermatosurgery training includes all vitiligo surgeries like autologous non-cultured epidermal- melanocyte cell suspension, suction blister graft, thin /ultra thin split thickness graft, miniature punch graft, Dermarollers, Cryotherapy, Electrosurgery, Scar Revision, Tumour Ablation, Ear/Nose Piercing, Dermabrasion, Botox, Fillers, Mesotherapy, Nail Surgeries and hair resoration techniques, Platelet Rich Plasma for alopecia, Antiageing and Wound healing

Hands on training will be provided in the second week of the programme . The trainee doctor will spend all the time with Dr. Umashankar during assessment of cases, surgery and rounds. This ensures that the training is personal, focused and designed to confidently handle patients in private practice.
